The Aurora 1 is a very comfortable yet light 1-person tent with poles on the outside. That means that you can put up the whole tent at once (the inner tent is hung inside). Continuous pole sleeves make setup simple. The tent is somewhat flatter at the rear end to reduce the weight and improve the aerodynamics. Due to the stable construction, the Aurora 1 is also suitable for moderate winter use. The fly sheet has four closeable apex ventilation flaps. When opened, the fly door can be set up with additional poles, which offers extra rain protection. With an interior height of 93 cm, the inner tent allows enough space to sit comfortably, with space on the side to store gear. In addition, the inner tent has two sealable air vents and one pocket to stash stuff. The D-shaped inner tent doors have mosquito netting on the upper half of the door.
