Bella was co-created by WECHSEL and the German based “Club der AbenteurerINNEN” (a club for female adventurers), with a focus on weight, packing dimensions, flexible space arrangement and a quick setup.
The result is a light weight hybrid tent for 1.5 people, including a vestibule. Thanks to the external tent poles, Bella can be set up quickly. Two aluminium hubs at the poles ensure high wind stability. The additional ridge pole ensures sufficient headroom. The pack size is handy and light and optimized for BIKE PACKING so that Bella will fit perfectly in each backpack. The inner tent is equipped with mosquito mesh in the door as well as at the foot and head end. Although Bella is designed as a 1.5 person tent, it can also accommodate two people who like each other.

All the fabrics we use are extremely durable and tear resistant. Our bikepacking optimized tents are outstanding lightweight tents with extra short pole segments under 40 cm. The carry bag is variable in length and can be reduced from 40 to 25 cm by removing the poles.
The short carry bag fits easily on the handlebars. For Bikepacking the poles can be stowed separately where they possibly fit better, for example in a frame bag.
Pitching Bella is fast and easy by connecting the pole frame and the flysheet. The inner tent is already attached to the flysheet. In case of setting Bella in the rain, the inner tent will be safe from getting wet. If the ground is too hard, you don't necessarily need to fix the tent with pegs. The construction is free-standing, only the vestibule has to be tensioned.
No matter whether you are traveling alone with a large trekking backpack or with your dog or child. Even with your loved one, it is comfy to stay overnight. For an overnight of two people, we recommend the self-inflating sleeping mats from our Lito series.
